In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent-Authorities to consider his representation dated 13th July, 2023 (Annexure-H) for issuance of Form No.10 in respect of the property in question. 3. Heard Sri. Manjanna M.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and averments made in the representation filed by the petitioner to the respondents, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18617 WP NO.18901 OF 2024 the same would indicate that the petitioner has sought for issuance of Form No.10 in respect of the property in question, however, the same has not been considered by the respondent No.4. In that view of the matter, without expressing an opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13th July, 2023 (Annexure-H) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
