By way of this petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the transfer order dated 30.07.2024, in terms whereof the petitioner has been transferred from her present place of posting to GCPS Panwa, Education Block Sarahan, District Sirmaur, is not being implemented. 3. She prays that the petition be disposed of with the direction that either the transfer order dated 30.07.2024 qua the petitioner, be given effect to or in the alternative, her representations be decided and she be posted at a station mentioned in the representations. 4. In the light of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that either the transfer order qua the petitioner be given effect to forthwith, as she is willing to join the station, to which she stands transferred or in the alternative, the representation(s) filed by the petitioner, be decided after hearing the petitioner and she be adjusted at a station of her choice, if possible, within a period of four weeks from today.
