In CRR No.97/2017, the present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that the judgment and finding dated 23.12.2016 (Annexure A/1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court Durg may kindly be set-aside the suitable order in the interests of justice may kindly be passed.” 2. In CRR No. 207/2017, the present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and modifying the impugned order dated 23.12.2016(Annexure A/1) passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg in Cr.M.J.C. No. 892/2016, enhance the maintenance amount, in the present circumstances, from 3,000/- per month, as awarded by the Court below, to Rs. 20,000/- pm from 3 January, 2015 onwards, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist/applicant submits that the matter has been compromised between the husband and wife. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revisionist, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit a certified copy of this order as well as original record, to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action, if any.
