GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondents in not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioner on Dt.08/12/2022 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Cr.PC and consequently direct the respondent police to take necessary action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 08/12/2022 for providing necessary protection to the petitioners land covered in R.S.No.89/3a an extent of Ac. 0.70 Cents and 2 R.S.No.87/1c an extent of Ac.0.22 Cents situated at Routhugudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, Eluru District in accordance with law.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent, as such, the Police cannot provide protection unless there is a judicial order. 3.
