Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 91/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 843/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur. 4. On 23.05.2024, the petitioner Bikki Nandi @ Vicky Nandi @ Bikky Nandi @ Viccy Nandi is alleged to have shot the deceased due to which he succumbed to his injuries. As far petitioner Prashant Kapri @ Bittu @ Prashant Kr. Kapri is concerned, there is no allegation of firing against him. 5. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the informant has turned hostile. It was further submitted that the murder weapon was recovered on confession of co-accused, who has admitted that he has shot the deceased. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner Bikki Nandi @ Vicky Nandi @ Bikky Nandi @ Viccy Nandi, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. As far as, petitioner Prashant Kapri @ Bittu @ Prashant Kr. Kapri is concerned, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S.
