GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in passing order vide Memorandum with RC No 122/R and T/ Gen1 1/2019 dated 26 11 2019 cancelling the provisional selection of the petitioner as Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Reserve Sub

Inspector Armed Reserve SCT RSI AR under OC General Category in Zone II without even putting the petitioner on notice as wholly illegal arbitrary contrary to the principles of natural justice provisions of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act 2000 besides being violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and declare that the petitioner is entitled to be continued as Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Reserve Sub Inspector Armed Reserve SCT RSI AR under OC General Category in Zone II and pass…”
2. Heard Ms.V.Kranthi,
learned counsel representing Sri S.V.S.S.Sivaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the interim order dated 11.12.209 passed by this Court, the petitioner is appointed as Sub Inspector Armed Reserve SCT RSI (AR). Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Writ Petition may be disposed of by making the interim order dated 11.12.2019 as absolute by setting aside the impugned order.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I would submit that they complied with the interim order passed by this Court and the Court may pass appropriate orders.

5. In the light of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned Order dated 26.11.2019 and by making the interim order dated 11.12.2019 as absolute. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
