Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 350 of 2023 arising out of Bhawanathpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari at Garhwa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 524 of 2024 by order dated 18.03.2024. 4 Daughter of the Informant namely Kiran Devi was murdered by unknown person. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, blood-stained shirt was recovered from his house. 5. Report regarding the stage of the trial has been received. It appears that out of six witnesses, two witnesses have been examined. F.S.L. report has also been received. It appears that the bloodstains on the shirt which was recovered from the house of the petitioner, was found to be of female origin 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is under progress, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
