Heard Sri Aditya Upadhyay, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned Additional C.S.C. for State. 2. Petitioner has challenged impugned order dated 17.02.2025 whereby she has been put under suspension on charges in regard to deficiency in Mid-Day Meal Scheme. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was spending her own money to carry out the Mid-Day Meal Scheme, therefore, allegations on face of it are false. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that charge sheet has recently been served upon petitioner on 10.03.2025, however, no reply has been submitted till date. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions as well as nature of allegations and without making any comment on defence, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if reply of petitioner against charge-sheet is filed within two weeks from today, with cooperation of petitioner, the inquiry will be concluded finally within six weeks thereafter. In case inquiry is not concluded within aforesaid period, the impugned order i.e. order of suspension shall be deemed to be kept in abeyance. Order Date :- 21.3.2025 Sinha_N.
