Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:-
“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned E- Auction Notice Dated 21.01.2025 (contained as Annexure No.-1) to the Writ Petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to grant further time of 2 months to deposit the full payment in regard to the property in question as stated above. (iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem just and 1
2025:UHC:1397 proper in the circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners. (iv) Award the costs of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner.”

As per the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the property of the petitioner has been auctioned on 26.02.2025. However, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Dehradun has granted relief to the petitioners to deposit the outstanding amount in installments.
3. Mr. Sharang Dhulia, Advocate, submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous.

The present Writ Petition (M/S No.607 of 2025) is dismissed as infructuous.
