Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Trial Court is also requested to record the testimony of victim on priority basis. Learned Public Prosecutor is also directed to place the FSL report with regard to the mobile phone recovered from the possession of the petitioner before testimony of the victim.
