Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/State submits that charges in the case at hand stand framed and the matter is now posted for recording of evidence. He further submits that there are 17 prosecution witnesses who have to be examined. Dates for examination of the witnesses have now been fixed by the trial Court. The prosecution evidence is now listed from 16.06.2025 to 21.06.2025 and thereafter for remaining balance prosecution witnesses on 14.07.2025 to 19.07.2025. 2. The incident is dated 11.07.2024. The petitioner was apprehended on the very same date and is in judicial custody ever since. The petitioner is a Nepali Citizen. Hence, there is a serious apprehension of “flight risk” in the case at hand. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. The admitted position in the case at hand is that the quantity of the contraband involved is commercial. Rigors of Section 37 of the ND&PS Act 1985, therefore, apply. 4.
