Heard Mr. Vipin Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Dy. G.A. 2. The present writ petition has been filled with the following prayer:- 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ of mandamus Issuing direction(s)/order(s) for the Respondent No.1 thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to furnish a detailed list of unknown FIRs registered against the Petitioner or the company, namely, M/s Garvit Innovative Promoters Limited in relation to the Bikebot scheme within the territory of the State of Chhattisgarh; 10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue appropriate direction(s)/order(s) for the merger of the various FIRs, if any, enlisted by the Respondent No.1 in terms of Prayer (a), and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom in the proceedings of FIR bearing No. 463/2019 registered at P.S. Civil Lines, District Raipur by treating the same as principal FIR; 10.3) That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to, stay all coercive action/arrest against the Petitioner in all the FIRs lodged against the Petitioner or the company, namely, M/s Garvit Innovative Promoters Limited in relation to the Bikebot scheme within the territory of the State of Chhattisgarh till Pending the adjudication of the present Petition 10.4) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to pass such other(s) and further order(s) or direction(s), which this Hon'ble 3 Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case so as to meet the ends of justice. 3. 3. On the last date of hearing learned State counsel was directed to seek instructions in the matter and inform the court, as to how many First Information Reports (FIR) have been registered against the petitioner, as it is stated that there are numerous FIR have been registered against the petitioner. 4. In compliance of the order, learned State counsel has filled reply and stated that only one FIR under Section 420, 406 and 34 of IPC is pending in the State of C.G. 5. In view of the above nothing remains in this petition to adjudicate at this stage. 6. Considering the same, the present writ petition sans merit and is hereby dismissed.
