Case No. 09 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 109, 118(2), 352, 351(3) & 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Shradha Bhushan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gumla. On 03.03.2024, the injured Etwa Munda tried to dispossess the petitioner from his land, due to which, petitioner gave Axe blow, causing head injuries Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Shradha Bhushan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gumla, or her successor, in connection with Karanj P.S.
