This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1815 of 2025 has been duly communicated to the Opposite Party-Contemnor, as is evident from the postal receipt under Annexure-2 to the contempt petition, however the same has not been implemented as of now. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that such conduct of the Opposite Party-Contemnor shall be construed an act of wilful and deliberate disobedience of this Court’s order. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor has sought for some more time to ensure that the aforesaid order dated 27.01.2025 shall be implemented in the event the same has attained finality. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, as a last chance, this Court grants further four weeks’ time to the Contemnor to implement the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1815 of 2025 in the event the same has attained finality, failing which, the Opposite Party-Contemnor will be asked to appear before this Court and shall have to face consequences for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. 5.
