Present Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to quash the First Information Report No.113 of 2022, registered at police station Gangnahar, District Haridwar under Sections 420, 467, 468 & Section 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Heard Mr. Susheel Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned A.G.A. assisted by Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for the State/respondent nos.1 & 2 and Mr. Mohd Safdar with Mr. Rajat Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. 3. Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, A.G.A. appearing for the State submitted on instruction that a closure report has been filed by the Investigating Officer in the present matter. 4. After the said submission, Mr. Susheel Kumar, Advocate submitted that the present criminal writ petition has become infructuous. 5.
