Case No. 22 of 2022 (S.T. No. 73 of 2023) for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of AJC-III, Ranchi. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is being renewed on the ground that the witnesses, who have claimed to be the eye witness, have not identified the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. This Court is of the view that examination of some witnesses and their having not supported the case will not amount to change of circumstance for renewing the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
