2. A case has been registered against the Petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 115(2) and 74 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

Case of the prosecution, in brief, iS that, the de faCfo complainant borrowed an amount of Rs.2,000/-from Al and that on 28.ll.2024, at about 07.00 PM, Al came to his house and asked the said amount. When the de facfo complainant replied that he had no amount and he would give later, Al abused him in filthy language. Then, an altercation took place between them and the de facfo complainant pushed A1. Later, Al left from there. Thereafter, at about 12.00 mid night, Al along with A2 to A4 and one Sattiyamma came upon the house Of the de faCfO complainant and attacked him With iron rods With an intention tO kill him, as a result the de facfo complainant sustained fracture injuries on his left hand and left leg and contusion injuries on his right leg and right hand. The accused also beat the brother and kicked the wife of the de facfo complainant on her breast. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. 3 I, facfo comblainant and the accu-sed in connection with loan taken by the de facto complainant from A1. Petitioners herein Were arrested on 219.11'.2024 and since then they are in judicial remand. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that major portion of invest-lgation has been completed. 6. ln view Of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/A2 to A4 on the following conditions. i) The petitioners/A2 to A4 shall be released On bail On their execut'lng personal bonds. for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two Sureties Of the like Sum each tO the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Manila Court, Visakhapatnam. ii) on release, the petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, Once in a Week i.e., On every saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing Of the charge sheet. 7.
