ANJARIA) The direction of learned Single Judge was to reinstate the petitioner with consequential service benefits. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1693-DB CCC No. 707 of 2024 2. In response to the contempt petition filed alleging non- compliance of the above direction, today when the petition came up for consideration, learned advocate for the respondent files compliance affidavit dated 16.01.2025 in which it is stated that the complainant is reinstated into service along with benefits in accordance with law. The statement showing the cheques paid towards the salary benefits is also produced. 3. The contempt petition is not required to be continued any further. 4. Learned advocate for the complainant would submit that the amount paid is not according to the calculation of the petitioner. Any calculation dispute may be resolved by the petitioner by making representation to the competent authority. 5. In the event grievance still subsists, the petitioner will have a remedy open to be prosecuted any other than the contempt petition. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1693-DB CCC No. 707 of 2024 6.
