The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 20.12.2019 passed by the III Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in C.Misc.No.5518/2019 vide Annexure-F. 3. Counsel Sri.M.V.V.Ramana., on instruction submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.12.2019, the petitioner has surrendered the physical possession of the property in question to the respondent. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 4. Counsel Sri.K.V.Lokesh., acknowledges the submission about the delivery of physical possession of the property.
