No. 311 of 2021 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 1705 of 2021 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. It is alleged that the petitioner has assaulted his uncle, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than four years. It was further submitted that the trial is under progress and the prosecution is not producing its witnesses. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa in connection with S.T. No. 311 of 2021 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 1705 of 2021. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
