The petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 49 of 2023 arising out of Tongra P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 366(A), 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Dumka. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away about 17 years old daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim has been recorded during the trial in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. 4. This appears to be the case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Dumka in connection with POCSO Case No. 49 of 2023 arising out of Tongra P.S.
