Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) CMP(M) No.249 of 2025 In view of the averments made therein, present application, seeking condonation of delay in filing the Review petition is allowed and disposed of. Review Petition No.10 of 2025 2. By way of this review petition, the petitioner is seeking review of the order passed by this Court primarily on the ground that the Court has erred in restricting the monetary relief for three years preceding the date of the filing of the writ petition, which could not have been done. 3. This Court is of the considered view that this cannot be a ground for filing a review petition. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the said adjudication made by the Court, then, the recourse open to the petitioner is to file an appeal; however, this cannot per se be termed as an error apparent on the face of the record. 4. Accordingly, as this Court does finds any error apparent on the face of record, the review petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
