By way of the present application, applicants, namely Dila Ram and Lalman, have sought the indulgence of this Court, to release the amount of compensation, falling to their share. The said application is duly supported by the affidavits of aforesaid applicants. In view of no objection made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant, amount of compensation, falling to the respective share of applicants Dila Ram and Lalman along with proportionate interest, is ordered to be released in their favour, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, particulars of which have been mentioned, in para No.8, of the application.
