ORAL ORDER
Accused in Crime No.214/2025 registered by Hebbagodi Police Station, Bengaluru District, for the offences punishable under Sections 109 & 190 of BNS, 2023 is before this Court under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. FIR in Crime No.214/2025 was registered by Hebbagodi Police Station, Bengalaru District for the aforesaid offences against the petitioner herein and four others, on the basis of first information dated 28.04.2025 received from Sri Mahantesh Pattihal, who is the injured victim in the present case. During the course of investigation, the petitioner herein was arrested on 30.04.2025 and subsequently remanded to judicial custody.

4. The bail application filed by the petitioner before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.5204/2025 was dismissed on 17.04.2025. Therefore, he is before this Court.
5. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that, the petitioner and the injured victim were staying together in a paying guest accommodation situated within the jurisdiction of Hebbagodi Police Station, Bengaluru. It is alleged in the first information that the petitioner and the victim had fought against each other inside the PG accommodation on the issue of sharing a bathroom. On the alleged date of incident, the petitioner, who came along with four other unknown persons allegedly quarreled with the injured and one amongst four allegedly stabbed the injured victim with a knife on his stomach and caused injury and thereafter accused persons left the place.
6. The petitioner, who has no other criminal antecedents is arrested in the present case on

30.04.2025. Even as per the first information, the allegation of stabbing the injured victim is against the other accused, who were present along with the petitioner on the alleged date of incident. The name of the accused persons and particulars has been revealed by the petitioner during the course of his interrogation. The injured victim, who was admitted in the hospital has been discharged and his condition appears to be stable. Under these circumstances, I am of the opinion that, the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of regular bail needs to be answered affirmatively.
7. Accordingly, the following:
ORDER Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.214/2025 registered by Hebbagodi Police Station, Bengaluru District, for the offences punishable under Sections 109 & 190 of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions:

a) The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b) The petitioner shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless the Trial Court exempts his appearance for valid reasons; c) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioner shall not involve in similar offences in future;
