The learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in this writ petition, the respondent no.2-Officer In-charge of Namkum Police Station is present in the court personally. It is next submitted by the learned counsel for the State that non-bailable warrant of arrest issued against the respondent no.5 by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-XI, Ranchi in Complaint Case No. 3730 of 2019 has already been executed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the prayer has become infructuous.
