Counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to directing the respondents, particularly respondents No. 3 & 4 to immediately issue the certified copy of the case records relating to Revenue Case No. 58/A-27/2009-10 of Devi Prashad Vs. Melaram. (ii)That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to verify, process and finalize all the pending claims of the petitioner within a Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.07.07 11:15:53 +0530
2 stipulated time frame as may be deemed just and proper by this Hon’ble Court. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representation for providing certified copy of the case record i.e. Revenue Case No. 58/A-27/2009-10 (Devi Prashad Vs. Melaram), but till date the same has not been considered, therefore he prays for a direction to the concerned authorities to decide his representation and thereafter, appropriate certified copy of the said case be provided.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending claim towards the issuance of certified copy, he is having no objection to the limited prayer.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent-authorities to consider/decide the pending claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law from today and the respondent authorities is also directed to provide certified copy of the case record in Revenue Case No.58/A-27/2009-10 (Devi Prashad Vs. Melaram) as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
