No. 236 of 2024 where this Court has refused to condone delay of 542 days in filing a Letters Patent Appeal against the judgment in W.P.(S) No. 5986 of 2015. In that writ petition as well as in W.P.(S) No. 6160 of 2015, out of which the present .L.P.A. No. 623 of 2023 arises, the facts are identical and there is a common order passed. 2) In the instant Letters Patent Appeal, there is a delay of 365 days in filing the appeal and I.A. No. 3789 of 2024 is filed seeking condonation of the same. 3) Having regard to the order dt.01.07.2024 in L.P.A. No. 236 of 2024 and for reasons alike, I.A. No. 3789 of 2024 and also L.P.A.
