This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2. The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- “a) to initiate contempt proceedings against the Alleged Contemnor for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 06.06.2025 in W.P(C) 11370/2023 passed by this Hon’ble Court; b) pass any other or further order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide a judgment dated 06.06.2025 in W.P.(C) 11370/2023 along with a batch of writ petitions, following directions with respect to the present petitioner were passed:- “86. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.” 4. Learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and submits that the process with regard to hearing of the representation is complete and speaking order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week. 5. Let the speaking order be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. 7.
