Vide order dated 19.12.2025, we have already noticed that the issue involved in the present matters is subject matter of consideration in LPA No.337 of 2025, titled State of H.P. and anr. vs. Punit Bashtu a/w connected matters. 3. Keeping in view the averments made in these applications, duly supported by affidavits, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay. 4.
