Sarma, Former Judge of the Gauhati High Court, who was appointed as Prospective Arbitrator has filed his written declaration dated 19.02.2026, expressing no difficulty or handicap in acting as a Sole Arbitrator to decide and arbitrate on the dispute arisen between the parties. In view of the said written declaration dated 19.02.2026 which is available in the case of Hon’ble Mr. Justice H. N. Sarma, Former Judge of Gauhati High Court he is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to decide and arbitrate in disputes arising by and between the parties in connection with the contract pertaining to construction of Station Building cum RBG room, PP Shed, FOB, High Level Passenger Platform at all the stations from Digaru to Jugijan including all ancillary work in connection with Digaru-Hojai Doubling Project of N.F. Railway. Registry will communicate a copy of this order to Hon’ble Mr. Justice H. N. Sarma, Former Judge of the Gauhati High Court, as also the parties.
