The non-applicant has no objections, if in case, the application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released to the applicants in the case at hand. The regular first appeal in the case at hand was decided on 04.10.2021. No further proceedings against the said judgment are stated to be pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Vide order dated 06.12.2019 passed in CMP No. 473 of 2020, the name of deceased respondent No.3 Gurdiya Ram was ordered to be deleted as his legal heirs i.e. respondents No. 1 and 2 Sohan Singh and Deep Ram, respectively were already on record. In view of the aforesaid, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants in terms of shares specified in para 6 of the application. The amount be remitted to the bank accounts of the applicants, subject to their proper verification, details whereof have been given in para 7 of the application. The application stands disposed of.
