Mr. Ajay Grover is bound by the said undertaking given to this Court. 2. It is made clear that, considering that the order was passed on 27th April 2024 by the Family Court based on a settlement between the parties, the culmination of the second motion cannot be delayed any further, and the amounts, as per the settlement, shall have to be paid up. 3.
