This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent authorities in considering the representation of the petitioner dated December 23, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate/District Level Committee, District- Kaushambi should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated December 23, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate/District Level Committee, District- Kaushambi is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated December 23, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
