This petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding alleging non-compliance of order dated 01.05.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3964 of 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though the order passed by this Court has been complied but the grievance of the petitioners has not been redressed. He submits that the rules have already been framed but the same are not in consonance with the gazette notification. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission and considering the nature of order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding. 5.
