ORDER:- Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that She is the absolute owner and possessor of the land. She has submitted an F-Line application bearing N0.FSNVOI2500717737 dated 26.04.2025 through Mee Seva, for conducting survey, sub-division, demarcation and fixation of boundaries of his land to an extent of Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.171/1 and its Sub-Division numbers of Santhamaguluru Revenue Village and Mandal, Bapatia District, and in order to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners. However, the respondent-authorities went on postponing the survey. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, coupled with obstruction by neighboring landowners, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s F-Line application has constrained her to approach this Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for
