The 1®* petitioner was appointed as Bungalow Watcher vide proceedings Rc.No.738/2004-S1, dated 30.03.2007 by the Divisional Forest Officer, Eluru Division, Eluru (Ex.P.11). The 2"^^ petitioner was appointed as Assistant Beat Officer by the Divisional Forest Officer, Visakhapatnam vide- \ / w 2 proceedings No.1107/2004-E, dated 14.12.2004 (Ex.P.16). The petitioner was appointed as Forest Beat Officer by the Divisional Forest Officer, YSR (T) Division, Kadapa vide proceedings Rc.No.1476/2002-P5, dated 22.12.2004. All three petitioners were appointed on a contract basis and they have been discharging their duties. The Government issued G.O.Ms.No.114 Finance (FIR-1 Pig. & Policy) Department, dated 21.10.2023 for regularization of the services of Contract Personnel. The petitioners made representation dated 01.06.2025 (Ex.P.20) seeking regularization of their services given the aforementioned G.O. Since no order has been passed, the above writ petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted instructions of the 4‘^ respondent vide Rc.No.21796/2006/FIR-2, dated 21.01.2025. In the instructions, it was mentioned that in respect of petitioners 1 and 2, proposals are under consideration. In respect of the 3^^^ petitioner, it was mentioned that the 3'^^ petitioner has not submitted the latest caste certificate. Flowever, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit ' that in respect of the 3'^^ petitioner, the certificate was submitted and it was forwarded to the competent authority. 4. Thus, the instructions would manifest that respondents 1 to 4 considering the case of the petitioners for regularization as per their eligibility in terms of G.O.Ms.No.114 dated 21.10.2023. are Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the learned respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 01.06.2025 (Ex.P.20) regarding regularization of their services strictly in terms 5. / \ \ m 3 P ’ of G.O.Ms.No.114 Finance (HR-l Pig. & Policy) Department, dated 21.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
