The challenge in the present writ petition is the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2, whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from High School Keraju, Dist- Surguja to Govt. Girls Education Project, Pipara, Keshkal, Dist- Kondagaon under the rationalization instruction dated 02.08.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is posted as lecturer (LB) (English) at High School, Keraju, Dist- Surguja and in the district level scrutiny for rationalization, the petitioner was not found surplus as per the list issued by the respondent No. 4 (Annexure-P/3). However, her name has been recommended for rationalization in the State level scrutiny for rationalization of the lecturer (English) and after considering the name of the petitioner, she has been posted at Pipara Keshkal, Dist- Kondagaon. It is in violation of the rationalization instruction and the respondent authorities somehow get the petitioner transferred under the grab of rationalization instructions and has posted her Dist- Kondagaon. On 12.06.2025, she has made her representation to the Respondent No. 2 but till date her representation has not been decided. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a short span of time in accordance with the rationalization instructions dated 02.08.2024. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the Respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the representation dated 3 12.06.2025 filed by the petitioner (Annexure-P/5) in accordance with the rationalization instructions and passed the reasoned order in objective manner. Till the communication of the order of representation of the petitioner to her, the impugned order dated 12.06.2025 shall not be given affect to . 5.
