"(a) Quash the charge sheet filed by the Respondent No.1 Police in Crime No.291/2024 registered as C.C.No.516/2025 for the offence p/u/s 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, pending on the file of the 2nd Additional CJM Court, Bangalore Rural Bengaluru District, Bengaluru in respect of the petitioner herein vide Annexure-A;

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24868 CRL.P No. 8366 of 2025 (b) Quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.516/2025 pending on the file of the Court the 2nd Additional CJM Court, Bangalore Rural Bengaluru District, Bengaluru in respect of the petitioner herein vide Annexure K; (c) Quash the order dated 22.02.2025 passed in C.C.No.516/2025 taking cognizance for offences punishable under Section 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 pending on the file of the 2nd Additional CJM Court, Bangalore Rural Bengaluru District, Bengaluru, in respect of the petitioner herein vide Annexure-K; (d) Grant such other relief/s pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity"
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file an application, seeking discharge before the Trial Court, in C.C.No.516/2025.
