Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 14 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the scooty. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the scooty in question. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature. 6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and Patna High Court CR. MISC.
