Singh, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Alok Sharma, learned AGA for State. 2. This is second bail application. The first bail application was rejected vide order dated 29.04.2024. 3. Applicant is confined in jail for last 5 years, however, considering nature of allegations as well as that trial is proceeding since as per status report dated 16.04.2025, now out of proposed 11 witnesses, 2 have been examined and now 3 prosecution witnesses are summoned. 4. In aforesaid circumstances and after taking note of nature of evidence, this Court does not find it a fit case to release applicant on bail, hence, bail application is rejected. 5. However, it is observed that trial Court will take all coercive measures to ensure presence of remaining witnesses and will further take all endeavour to record their statements within 6 months.
