Petitioner contends that tomorrow is the last date for him to submit the Caste Validity Certificate. 2. Tomorrow being holiday, the Committee is not in a position to declare decision by tomorrow. 3. Learned AGP, on instructions, from Vinod Hariram Pandit, Law Officer, Scrutiny Committee, Kinwat, who is present in the Court, submits that the Committee will take decision within two days. 4.
