G TUHIN KUMAR The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 36092 OF 2014 The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in imposing a condition in Paragrah 2 of the tender notice issued in Roc.No.4158/2014/F1-1, dated 13.11.2014 rejecting the participation in the tenders that only societies registered under A.P.Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court on 26.11.2014 had passed an interim order stay of all further proceedings dated 13.11.2014. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents further submitted that any further auction is to be initiated fresh tender would be issued by the respondents/ corporation. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
