Counsel for the appellant submits that PIL petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2022 and it was observed as under:- “The encroachments on main road, if any, are required to be removed.” Counsel further submits that despite several requests made to the concerned authorities, the encroachment concerned on the main road has not been removed as yet. Considering the statement made on behalf of the applicant, We deem it just and proper to recall the order dated 30.09.2022. Accordingly, this D.B.
