Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the writ petition, it is crystal clear that the petition is vexatious and completely misconceived. There appears to be suppression of material facts also. When the Court has observed the aforesaid, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has desired to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty being reserved for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the prayer for withdrawal of the petition may be allowed.
