Case No. 724 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 318(4), 338, 336(3), 40(3), 112(2) of the BNS and under Section 10/11 of the BSP Examination Prohibition Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the candidate of a competitive examination in whose place the co- accused has impersonated and appeared in the examination. 4.
