The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 337, 338, 307, 188, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per prosecution case, during patrolling, police party reached the place of occurrence and saw two tractors loaded with illegally mined sand and when they tried to intercept the tractors, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, attacked upon the police party, pelted stones and bricks upon them and thus, caused hindrance in discharge of their official duties.
