The petitioner in this writ petition prays to relax the upper age limit which has been prescribed by the respondents in Advertisement No.18 of 2023 published by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission to fill up the post of Assistant Superintendent and other posts. 3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and specially after going through the Advertisement, I find that the last date for submission of application was 15.02.2024. Further the online application was allowed to be corrected latest by 22.02.2024. 4. Now admittedly since the last date for filing the application has already expired, the petitioner cannot be allowed to submit his application beyond the last date. 5. Thus no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition which was filled on 21.11.2024. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/
