---- 02/24.01.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent State.
2. This petition has been filed for modification of the Order dated 29.08.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.635 of 2021 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.11 of 2009 corresponding to Vigilance (Spl.) 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent State opposes the prayer that the affidavit was in another case not in respect of the petitioner and in view of that no modification is required.
5. The prayer of the petitioner appears to be misconceived one as the said revision was remitted back holding to decide the same afresh in accordance with law. No case of modification is made out and accordingly this petition is disposed of.
