Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:37697 Court No. - 33 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 7440 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt. Kaushilya Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajiv Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that to direct the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders in the Stay Application file by the petitioner against the order dated 10.12.2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in the proceedings under Section 35(2). 3. The statutory revision was filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.2, namely, Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh as provided under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 on 24.12.2024. 4. It is argued that the aforesaid revision was numbered as Revision No. C 20415000002233. It is further argued that though along with the said revision an application for grant of interim relief was also filed but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 5. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents that the respondent no.2 will pass appropriate orders on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid revision expeditiously. 6. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
