Accordingly, this Bail Application is being disposed of on the basis of materials available on the record. Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi. The accused persons are alleged to have enticed the opposite party No.2 to performs certain task on WhatsApp, for which, she was to be paid certain amount. The accused persons paid her money on several occasions. Later they induced her to invest Rs.2,88,000/- which was misappropriated by the accused persons. It was submitted that Rs.60,000/- came to the account of the petitioner, which the petitioner returned in terms of the order dated 09.04.2024 passed by the lower court. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No.5438 of 2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi, in connection with Cyber P.S.
